This risograph is a collaboration with photographer Fiachra Corcoran from our Buff project back in 2016 / 17. I painted over sections of graffiti in the street using washed-out paints, while Fiachra documented the process using multiple exposure photography. This technique combines several photos into a single image in a relatively uncontrolled way; which often leads to happy accidents. Our idea was to play with this layering and mirror the way layers of paint are applied over graffiti when it gets removed. These are hand-printed at Risotto Studios in Glasgow. They’re A3 in size, printed using five colours, and come in a limited edition of 50 signed and numbered prints.
